September 9, 2022Based on his educational background in electrical engineering and informative science, he started his career path as a web developer and research assistant respectively. He joined NIA in 2004 ad secured a scholarship for his doctoral study in 2009. With long experience of collaborative working with innovative companies, he decided to conduct his doctoral research on Knowledge Management.
At present, his research focuses are in the areas of Strategic Foresight and Innovation Management, and his professional interests have been expanded to organizational learning and development
