Pabhawan Suttiprasit
May 14, 2019Ms.Suttiprasit is an associate judge at The Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court and a lecturer in Business Administration at Sukhothai Thammathiraj Open University. She also works as a mediator at The Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court and at The Central Tax court. Her areas of expertise include marketing strategy, brand management, brand valuation, intellectual property law specialized in trademark. Apart from her current jobs, she also serves as a foreign affair committee for The Lawyer Council under the Royal Patronage and works as a committee for King Prajadhipok Institute Student Engagement (KPISE) for public charity. In her experience as an associate judge and mediator for almost 10 years, she has shared her knowledge in business and management as technical judgement in intellectual property cases; trademark dilutions, infringements, and international trade cases; international contracts and investments. Ms.Suttiprasit is a Ph.D. candidate at Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. She holds a master degree in Marketing (International Program) from Thammasat University and also receives a bar in Law from The Thai Bar under the Royal Patronage. Moreover, she also obtained two bachelor degrees in Business Law and Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
