Noppanan Jantarachlotorn
May 14, 2019Mr.Jantarachlotorn has been a legal counsel at the Office of the Council of State, Thailand for over 10 years. He has also been an instructor in Administrative Law since his appointment in 2015, representing the Office of the Council of State, to visiting students from an international degree program in the Combined Bachelor and Master of Political Science in Politics and International Relations, Thammasat University, Thailand. Moreover, he is also a member of the Working Group on the Implementing Regulatory Reform and Mainstreaming Good Regulatory Practices under the OECD-Thailand Country Programme, Office of the Council of State. From 2016 to 2018, he was a member of the Organic Bill on National Human Rights Commission and the Organic Bill on the Ombudsman Drafting Sub-Commission, Constitution Drafting Commission and a member of the Working Group on Consumer Protection on Real-estate, Office of the Consumer Protection Board. Mr.Jantarachlotorn received a Royal Thai Government scholarship to study at SOAS University of London in UK, where he was awarded LL.M. in Human Rights, Conflict and Justice (with Merit) and Distinction for his dissertation on “Protection of Human Rights through the Constitutional Court”. He also holds a Master of Laws (Tax Law) and a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honors) from Thammasat University, Thailand.
