Yutthana Srisavat
May 14, 2019Assistant Professor Dr. Srisavat is currently a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Siam University in Thailand, where he researches and teaches Tax and Fiscal Law, International Business Law and Intellectual Property Law. He is particularly interested in tax law, tax & fiscal policy and US tax law. Moreover, Asst. Prof. Dr.Srisavat is also a CEO and a Co-Founder of a tech startup company in Thailand named “iTAX Inc.”, providing tax solutions for individuals. From 2006 to 2007, he was a sub-committee on Public Participation, Constitution Drafting Assembly of Thailand, where he was responsible for managing public hearing campaigns on the Constitution Drafting in the Metropolitan area. After he received a full-tuition scholarship to study his LL.B. (First Class Honors) at Siam University, he obtained his M.A. in Diplomacy and International Studies at Rangsit University, Thailand. In 2009, he pursued his LL.M. and J.S.D. in Taxation at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, USA. His doctoral Dissertation is on the topic of “The Application of General Anti-Avoidance Rule: Should it become an International Tax Doctrine?”.
